Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 24 July 2026. We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever technology they browse with.

1. Our commitment and standard

TulipTech Ltd is committed to making tulip-tech.com accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA, the standard referenced by UK equality law, the EU Web Accessibility Directive and European Accessibility Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act as applied to websites in the United States.

2. What we have built in

Every page starts with a skip-to-content link and uses a logical heading structure. All functionality, including the services mega menu, industry switcher, case study carousel, FAQ accordions and forms, works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators. Colour contrast across the design system is checked mathematically against WCAG AA for every text and background pairing. Meaningful images carry text alternatives, decorative images are hidden from screen readers, and no information is conveyed by colour alone. Animations respect your reduced-motion preference: with it enabled, carousels stop auto-advancing and transitions are removed. Forms label every field, describe errors in text next to the field they concern, and never rely on placeholder text alone. The layout adapts to phones, tablets, desktops and zoom up to 400% without loss of content, and text can be resized in the browser without breaking the page.

3. Known limitations

Some case study and team imagery is being replaced during the current rebuild, and a small number of placeholder graphics may temporarily carry generic descriptions. Video content added to the Life at TulipTech section will be published with captions, and transcripts will be provided on request. Third-party sites we link to, including our careers portal, have their own accessibility practices which we do not control, though we choose suppliers with accessibility support wherever we can.

4. How we test

Accessibility checks are part of our build and release process, not an annual event: automated checks run against every release, and manual keyboard and screen reader spot-checks are carried out on new components before they ship. This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes materially, and at least annually.

5. Feedback and enforcement

If any part of this site is hard to use, or you need any content in another format, email info@tulip-tech.com with the page address and the problem, and we will fix it or provide the information another way, normally within 5 business days. If you are in the UK and are not happy with our response, the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) can help. In the EU, you may contact your national enforcement body under the Web Accessibility Directive; in the US, complaints under the ADA may be directed to the Department of Justice. We would rather you told us first: accessibility problems on this site get fixed, not filed.
