What we build and run here

Care providers run on systems that must simply work: rotas, medication records, incident reporting, family communication, and the device in a carer’s hand at 3am on a night shift. We know because we built it: the care management software we developed for CareApps is used by hundreds of care homes across the UK. That work taught us what the sector actually needs from technology: speed on cheap devices, zero tolerance for downtime, and records a CQC inspector can trust.

Beyond software, care groups need IT that protects resident data without slowing staff down. For Langdale Care Homes we run Microsoft 365 across 7 homes and 80 staff, with every device managed through Intune and encrypted with BitLocker, migrated home by home without interrupting a single shift, and supported ever since as a managed service.
