Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 July 2026. These terms govern your use of this website. Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website, tulip-tech.com, is operated by TulipTech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 07486882, registered office Unit 7 Friars Mill, Bath Lane, Leicester LE3 5BJ, United Kingdom, ICO registration ZB641657, contact info@tulip-tech.com. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. Any services we provide to clients, in any country, are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and nothing on this website forms an offer capable of acceptance or a binding commitment to deliver services.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and download or print pages for your own internal business use. You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access to it or to systems connected to it, probe or test its security without our prior written permission, scrape or harvest content or data at scale, misrepresent an affiliation with us, or introduce malware or any other harmful code. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
3. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design, graphics and code, is owned by or licensed to TulipTech Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and other countries. The TulipTech name and logo are our trade marks and may not be used without written permission. Client names, product names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and appear either with permission or as factual references to work performed. For clarity, and consistent with how we contract: software we build for clients belongs to those clients, including source code and intellectual property, under the terms of their individual agreements.
4. Information on this site
Content on this site is provided for general information about our company and services and is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for any specific situation. Case study figures and results reflect the specific projects described, at the time of delivery, and are not a promise of identical results for a different business. Timelines and processes described are typical, not contractual. Where pages reference certifications and partnerships, these are held at the date shown on the relevant page; verification is available on request.
5. Third-party links
The site links to third-party websites, including client sites, our product sites and our careers portal at erp.tulip-tech.app. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss of profits, business, or data arising from use of the website itself. This section applies to the website only: liability in relation to services we deliver is dealt with in the relevant client agreement, not here.
7. Visitors from outside the United Kingdom
We welcome visitors and clients from the EU, the US and elsewhere. The site is operated from the United Kingdom and we make no representation that its content is appropriate for every jurisdiction. If local law grants you mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these terms reduces them. Data protection rights for UK, EU and US visitors are set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes, severability and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder continues in force. These terms, and any dispute arising from use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you retain any right to bring proceedings in your own country.
