On 13 July 2026 the TulipTech office put work down for a while and made room for Fruit Fest 2026.
One long table carried the whole season: pineapple, dragon fruit, mango, papaya, pomegranate, apple, guava, grape, orange, and a jackfruit big enough to need its own corner. Behind it, the Fruit Fest 2026 banner and a set of bean bags turned the floor into something closer to a picnic than an office.
The idea was simple. Step away from the desks in the middle of the day, eat something fresh, and spend time with the people you usually only meet over a sprint board or a support queue. Colleagues from different projects ended up sharing the same plate, which is rather the point.
We spend the year planning, building and running software for clients across four countries. Days like this one are part of how we look after the team that does it.
